Quick bit of background info - am on cycle 6 TTC. I came off the pill coming up to 8 months ago, and have had irregular cycles with late ovulation (today is CD30) and a short LP ever since. Am taking Agnus Castus this cycle to try and help balance hormones and lengthen my LP.
Had a positive OPK today and the last two days - last cycle I had three in a row and ovulation on the third day of a positive, so assume the same is happening this cycle.
I felt ovulation last cycle on my left side, but that was just a few twinges. Today on my right side just in from my hip bone is really tender to touch. Just wondering if anyone has had this and if it's any cause for concern or perhaps fairly normal? It basically just feels like bruising x
