Hi guys, I'm glad I have found you!

I'm 30 years old and this year decided to come off the depo which I have been on and off since the age of 15!

This was due to awful periods which the depo totally stopped thankfully.

My first question is how long after coming off it should I start to worry if I haven't conceived?

I was due my next depo in February 2020 which I didn't have as we had made the decision to try for a baby.

I know they say it can take 12 to 18 months for the depo to stop having any effect on you and my periods have returned but are still all over the place.

How long will it be until a doctor would be willing to send me for tests?

Because of my long suffering with awful periods I have always worried i won't be able to conceive so now I'm actually trying I'm getting anxious. When I was 19 I had polips on my ovary but a few years later I was told they had disappeared, so I also worry they will return.

Many thanks 😊
