BFP cramps V pre AF cramps

Talk to me ladies..

I'm 10dpo with AF due Monday and the cramps have begun.

I do read that people have pre AF cramps but get their BFPs and just want to hear more about it and people's experiences.

This TTC journey is HARD!!!

@beckyBP I had cramps for at least a week leading up to AF and thought I would come on any second! 16DPO, 3 BFPs and no bleeding...yet!

I had cramps leading up to my bfp and for some time after I think the only difference for me was that they didn't get stronger like they usually would. Still didn't stop me checking if I'd started every time I went to the toilet 😅. I'm 17 weeks now, good luck 🤞🏻

@gemgem1404 I'm literally checking 10 times a day!

@AMS19 I think if I hadn't gotten morning sickness so badly I'd still be checking now 😂. It gets easier to stop checking after you've missed 2 periods I found 😅

I'm pretty sure I feel exactly the same as I do pre AF every month but I guess you can't write it off until it's for sure.

@beckyBP it's very difficult because your mind and body plays cruel tricks every month! I was trying for 10 months and when I got my bfp I was just "ruling it out" because my stomach felt off. Best of luck to you I hope you get your bfp very soon 😊🤞🏻

@gemgem1404 it really does. I think you become way more in tune with your body when TTC. That's really good to know though. Thank you ☺️

@beckyBP It is brutal isnt it!! Time is going so slowly! Being in lockdown doesn't help, it is all I have to think about 🙄
All okay thank you. Did another test today and got some progression. I'm still so early, only 4 weeks and 1 day, so not letting my head get carried away. Just focusing on getting to 5 weeks now
