Anyone else in the dreaded tww?
I'm currently 2DPO. Would be nice to chat to others in the same waiting game to keep us sane!

Today is CD12 for me. I started OPKs and DTD on CD6 this cycle.
Trying SMEP again! Started on CD10 last cycle instead of CD8 like you should, as kind of lost track of days, and then missed the last DTD. But this month will be following it properly! As I said started on CD6 (no harm in starting early surely?) and will continue to DTD every other day until I get my positive OPK.

It's funny because I found out my 2018 diary when I conceived my daughter, and the month I conceived I followed SMEP! That was month 4 of trying. This is month 4. Wonder if I will get my bfp this month 🤞🏻

CD 13 and ovulation is due on Monday (according to glow)

Haven't had a positive OPK yet, been as white as white but there was a little something on there today so looking like ovulation is approaching.

Have been drinking a glass of grapefruit juice a day as read that this is good for cm, and I have to say I have noticed a difference!! There definitely seems to be more.

1st cycle of TTC no3. I'm driving myself crazy symptom spotting, googling, reading blogs and threads.

AF due any day now, feeling bloated, boobs aching like hell, hungry but food is making me feel a bit 'blah' and I could be imagining it but the boob veins of pregnancy are more visible. Going to the loo as I keep feeling wet like AF is here but nothing.

Eugh, I hate this bit

I'm 3DPO on the two week wait! Second child and I can't remember any early symptoms from having my little girl. Anyone else in the same boat waiting?

CD14 for me today. Not yet in the TWW, still waiting for ovulation which is predicted as being Monday! Have been having ewcm the last couple of days but opk's are still negative!

@mommyofone2019 do you use any apps to track? I use Flo and I find it pretty accurate. I never used OPK's as I always found the reviews mixed or the good ones too pricey
I saw some previous chat about vitamins too. I used to use seven seas trying for a baby but not sure if it was a fluke or not. I did find they helped balance out my moods though 😂

Morning lovely. I've woken up to pure white snow everywhere today here in Essex! What a surprise! Ah hopefully you get a pos OPK soon! Mine was positive Monday morning, on my birthday haha! I had a chemical last month and a miscarriage the month before! Fingers crossed the magic happens soon enough!

@mummydoingamasters I have Flo, it's telling me ovulation is today which isn't right! The main one I use is glow which seems to be accurate for me. That's the one saying ovulation is Monday. Have you done a pregnancy test?

@mommyofone2019 nope, I haven't tested yet. It sounds daft really but both my other two are November conceptions and I tested with both of those on the 5th so I'll test tomorrow 😂
Both my two had the same due date too so it's a pregnancy tradition!

I've not heard of glow, I might have to give it a look.
I've started taking folic acid just in case as I've been getting god awful heartburn and sight nausea but that could be a coincidence

August will be expensive now as there's at least 7 family birthdays and that's just the ones I can remember 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

@mommyofone2019 me 🙋🏼‍♀️ not gonna symptom spot this month just gonna try and forget I'm in the tww 😂 I'm around 4dpo. Apps predict AF on 21st December so if I get a BFP then amazing start to Christmas and if I don't I'll just drink all the Prosecco and Baileys! How are you doing?

@S345 thank you! Still early days and cautiously optimistic after my history and bloody covid so just 1 day at a time.

It's so hard not to think of every little thing as a symptom isn't it, 🤞🏻 for you

@namechangedformyBFP fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻 will you have an early scan or try and wait for the 12 week one?

Yes last month I went crazy with the symptom spotting but I think it's just because I'm more aware of what my body is doing so this month I'm like oh I have a twinge oh well probably nothing 🤣

@S345 I'll wait for the standard scan probably. I'm worried but unless anything happens I'll just keep going 1 day at a time.

I'm terrible at symptom spotting but this month I was convinced everything was AF! It was only when my usually favourite foods started to make me feel a bit off that I was a bit more certain.

Are you eager to POAS or will you hold off until you miss your period do you think?

@namechangedformyBFP amazing if you can wait I think! You totally sound like you're taking the right approach too just one day at a time ☺️ did I read this was your first month ttc?

I will hold off until my missed period I think, I don't get a huge urge to poas because I think I have just accepted that getting a BFP doesn't come easily to everyone but I do also find that reading some threads on here almost convinces me to poas before my missed period 😂 a lot of my friends that are or have been pregnant say the same thing about it feeling like AF is coming...it's annoying that the symptoms are so similar!!

@S345 During my first pregnancy I was so laid back, I took everything in my stride so I'm trying to channel that this time.
Yeah, we've been talking about it for a while and we joked about November being our month and then bam 😂

AF is a twisty little sod. She plays tricks on us women! I've been known to google symptoms like I'm possessed. I can convince myself I'm pregnant if I google hard enough!

Oh she really is, last month I noted all my symptoms in my app so I could refer back to them this month. Last month I was deffo the same googling everything, thing is if you read enough you deffo can convince yourself that you're pregnant which is just not helpful 🙄 why do we torture ourselves like that?!

Yes ttc for our first, our wedding got postponed so we sort of started casually trying in April, very casual mind you, then it got postponed again to next year so we thought we better not carry on as I didn't wanna be ready to drop on our wedding day so we've literally just picked it back up in the last 2 months so I would say this is my second cycle properly ttc! I was determined to follow SMEP this month but we just dtd every other day in my fertile week and then twice in a row around ovulation so I hope that's covered it ✨

@S345 seems that way! This will be our last though, or we'll run out of room!

I do that too, and then I google pregnancy vs AF symptoms and they're all pretty much in both 🤦🏻‍♀️

Our wedding was postponed from April too! We rescheduled for January then decided to just do the legal bit back in October so we're just waiting to plan the reception again now. I was so annoyed as 3 days before lockdown is paid all our balances in full! Bloomin' typical. When have you rescheduled for?

@namechangedformyBFP how many children do you have? Have you told them about their baby brother or sister or will you wait a little longer? Do you have a date for your 12 week scan?

Ahh it's such a bugger isn't it, I must admit I've kind of gone past the point of caring now 😂 just wanna get married! We were the same with most of our balances being paid cuz originally we were May of this year and only postponed around late March so most things had been paid! We've now rescheduled for May next year and we will do it regardless of what restrictions there are. Don't blame you for getting the legal part done, when do you think you'll book your reception for?

Yes it sort of seems like you cover all basis although I think if you can do every other then a couple in a row you'd hope that would cover all bases too! Did you dtd lots to get your bfp?

@S345 I would but my DS is at the chatty stage and he would tell everybody without realising what he's saying 😂 I think the plan is to keep it quiet as long as possible because we are expecting a lot of negativity.
No date for a scan yet, I'm still waiting to hear from the midwife team as it's all changed because of covid.

We're looking at 2022 now just because we've got everything booked we're not allowed! Buffet, DJ, 80+ guests 🤦🏻‍♀️
It's all just shite. I'm glad we did the legal bit though. Fingers crossed you get to at least do the legal bit in may!

We did every other I think and one on O day. I still don't believe it and I'm still POAS every other day 😂

@namechangedformyBFP oh bless him, I have a nephew who is at the same stage and you're right the things they come out with you're just like 🥴🥴 sorry to hear you may receive some negativity, hoping that doesn't happen for you though.

Ahh I don't blame you, I would have thought by 2022 you will deffo be able to have everything you had planned and enjoy it fully without having to compromise! Yes we will deffo do it even if it's with the 30, our honeymoon was booked for the Maldives so that's what we're most upset about 😂 especially with the Zika virus and ttc it's unlikely we will go now for a few years!!

I can imagine, I feel like I will be like that too I guess you just have to take it for what it is and try to resist 😂 Can you keep poas for weeks and the bfp will still show? I'm clueless on that part of it!!
