10dpo and getting spots (I literally never get spots) is this a sign?

Yeah basically the same as subject.. I literally never get spots and I’ve got about 5 atm on my face! Could this be an early pregnancy sign anyone else?

Also today I’ve noticed like dark coloured skin at both sides of my nose.. which is strange!
