Flashing smiley using Clear Blue OPK at 3 dpo?!

Hi! First of all I should say that I am pretty regular and have a shorter cycle!

At CD (Cervical Day) 10 I received a Flashing smiley on my ovulation test and we DTD (Did The Deed). CD 11 I received my Solid Smiley (also positive with cheapy Amazon test) and so we DTD again. CD 12 was positive again on my cheapy. CD 13 my test came up the plain circle and negative on cheapy. However today (CD 14, 3 DPO (Days past ovulation) ) my Clear Blue came back with a flashing smiley?!

Other important notes: my CM resembled egg white night before my peak and day of peak. I now no longer have CM. We also DTD CD 8.

What do you think? Did I not ovulate when I got that solid smiley? THANKS

Hi OP, if you had a positive opk on CD12 then you won't have ovulated until CD13 so if you ovulated then (OPKs only pick up an LH surge, they don't confirm ovulation) then you're only 1dpo today on CD14?

The clearblue ovulation sticks are only supposed to be used until you get a static smiley then you're to assume that you will ovulate in the next 12-36 hours and not use again until the month after.. hope this makes sense.

If you want to check that you don't get another surge I would use cheapies rather than the digital ones as they're not designed to be used like that x
