TTC in December

Hi All,

Thought I’d start a thread for anyone looking to TTC from December. I’ve finally had my copper coil out today and the plan is to track my cycle this month and start trying from December.
Anyone else in a similar situation?

Happy New Years Everyone, Here’s hoping for lots of Babies x

Hi ladies,
Finished fertile window and in 2WW now. Trying not to get my hopes up! Dtd 5 out of 6 days. My Ovia app says baby would be due end of September which is so exciting but such a tease as I know it’s only 38% chance of happening if all is healthy. grin
How are you all doing? My AF is due on the 19th, anyone else in 2 ww?

@Peadsnurse101 Happy New Year 😁

Fingers crossed for you! Longest 2 weeks ever now!

My AF is due Friday (I think) I have done a cheap test this week & nothing at all (2 actually but one was completely blank 🙄) as I’ve said before I would be surprised as I’ve been on the depo for so long! But still have those early pregnancy/also PMS symptoms! I can see how all this TTC malarkey can get so addictive lol!

Peadsnurse101 · 06/01/2021 12:42

@Ched1 I don’t really know much about the depo. I’ll look into it. Is it the implant?
Oh okay well it could be that the HCG just isn’t high enough yet! I haven’t been on contraception for years so I’m hoping that will make go in our favour lol, but you never know! It’s so addictive isn’t it, I just want to keep researching until I find the answer that I’m going to get pregnant... sadly doesn’t work like that haha.
Have you booked or sent out invites for the wedding?

Ched1 · 06/01/2021 12:49

@Peadsnurse101 it’s the contraceptive injection, a lot of women take 12+ months to become fertile again! But there are a minority of women who fall pregnant quickly, hence the glimmer of hope 🙄

I didn’t think I’d be consumed by it to be honest, must have google everything there is to know now haha!

No we haven’t done anything yet, I don’t want to get married with any restrictions so I can be hopeful that come March were in a much better situation & a September wedding could happen, although I think 2022 is probably more likely!
