The long tww begins!!! My positive opk was Friday so guessing today I'm 1dpo. Been dtd everyday for last week so hoping we have caught! Although I only have one Fallopian tube due to ectopic two months ago xxx

I'm on cd 9. My cycles are usually 29 days... second cycle of ttc since my surgery for ectopic! Xxxx

@littleeggcup ah well, obviously wasn't meant to be! next time I will have a better idea of how my cycle goes and I will more practiced with OPK's so fingers crossed. Where are you at now?

@littleeggcup thanks! Yes first time trying, first cycle which should be coming to an end any day now. Hard to know when given i was on the pill for years!

Going to try to take it easy and see how it goes - maybe test soon tho i doubt i will be first time lucky!

Been TTC since May. Using OPKs and this month have been doing SMEP and Preseed for the first. Got CB solid smiley on Friday so today should be 1 DPO..

Currently cd10 for me, and the way this month is going I don’t think we will be in with much chance. Have not BD once yet in my fertile window 🙈

@Toastedsesame to be fair, it’ll be somewhere between Wednesday and Sunday, depending on whether it’s a long or short cycle. So still time. And to think my cycles used to be like clockwork before ttc 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ At the moment they seem to have settled for either 26 or 30days.

I think we need to try and take a step back at some point and try and enjoy it rather than it feeling like a chore 🙈

@Grumpsy I know exactly what you mean, I wish I could relax and go with it but I am a bit of a control freak. I'm 34 now so I don't want to hang about. Going to be organised with my tracking this month, might even try temping.

My OH is loving me taking charge of when we DTD apart from at the end of my fw when he's worried that his poor chap won't work properly 🙈😂

Has anyone modified or changed anything since they started TTC?
After my CP I have started taking a concentrated fish oil supplement and also charting my bbt. I was taking pregnacare conception and am continuing to do so. After we DTD i put my diaphragm in and leave it there until the morning - everything seems a bit less messy then! 😁

@Toastedsesame I’m a control freak too, but I think i got that stressed last month (after the bleeding, I was fine before) it’s made me take a step back.

@MamaMoonbeam I started taking pregnacare conception about 4 months ago rather than just the Seven seas one. I may switch back after this month and see if that’s what’s making it go to pot. I used to be 28 days, and once or twice a year it would fall a day either side 🙄🙈 now it seems to alternate between 26 and 30, but last month was 25 🤦🏻‍♀️ (First time I’ve ever had a 35 day cycle 🙄)

I haven't found that my cycle has changed with pregnacare, mine are almost religiously 31 days, somehow in sync with the moon cycles at the moment too, which is nice. There was a wobble earlier this year which seemed to make things sync up with the full and new moons 🤷🏻‍♀️ I like it though!

@MamaMoonbeam it’s basically a shallow menstrual cup designed to keep swimmers near the cervix.

To be honest I’ve noticed my cycles being more hit and miss since my hsg to check my tubes 🙈 it just coincides with my swapping to pregnacare, so who knows

@Er1608 - yes i got that on my lefts side not long ago - only lasted about 2 days and kind of came and went.

Guys, i did some cheap strips and got some quite faint lines - all I've ever seen before are snow white strips so i know this must be something
