- Considering IUI through NHS/private clinic using an unknown sperm donor?

- Savings, good career and qualifications, got partying etc out my system a while ago!

- This is following several failed relationships with abusive, manipulative, controlling and some narcissistic guys as well as a recent assault by the last guy I was dating and trusted
- I am now am quite happy to do life and motherhood by myself as I've totally lost trust in guys romantically and I think that will be the case for a while
- Don't want to leave it much longer, I don't want to wait for the perfect guy - it's the 21st century and I don't want to have to rely on a guy through this. It doesn't mean meeting The One is ruled out in future.
I'M JUST SCARED! Anyone else been/going through this same situation? Should I go for it?
