HELP! Cycle day 22 - no sign of ovulation.. :(

Just that, really..
I'm currently cycle day 22 following a chemical pregnancy last month 😔

I have been tracking ovulation using OPK's since CD10 and had absolutely no sign of a peak / rise in hormone at all! Feeling really down about it now and hoping something will happen soon..

Is it possible to just not ovulate at all after a CP?

Feeling totally confused 🤦‍♀️

I almost missed mine this month because the peak came in the PM with zilch in the AM. Other than that I can't offer advice. How are your temps?

Try not to worry - ovulation is a funny thing. I used Natural Cycles to prevent for quite a while, so know I ovulate (mostly) reliably between days 19-22. I used OPKs for the first few months and have never got a positive result! But get clear temp shifts.

From reading the forums, it’s really common to have trouble with OPKs so don’t get too down. Is charting your temp a possibility for you?

I wouldn't worry too much, I ovulated on CD25 this month!
