Is this a faint positive? I'm so confused :(

So my period was due yesterday and I started having cramps from Thursday night so knew it was coming. Yesterday came and went with nothing so I did a PT last night which was negative. Still no period this morning so did a test and this was the result. Still have awful cramps (not usual for me) plus feeling nauseous and generally run down. Later on in the morning I used the loo and when I wiped there was a smear of blood on the paper. This is usually how my period starts so I thought right OK, that test must be negative or I'm seeing things and my period has started. But since that blood on the paper this morning there has been nothing else! But I am still having cramps and I feel sick as a dog and exhausted. I'm fucking sick of this am I aren't, is it pregnancy or pms. Have been trying for almost 3 years with no success and I can't take it any more 😭😭

I am in the same boat as you, trying for years with nothing to show for it, so I know exactly how you feel! All my fingers and toes and hairs on my head are crossed for you! I hope this is the one xxx

I would test again tomorrow morning with a first response if no period still.
