Is 11dpo too late for implantation?

Clutching at straws here......

Is 10/11dpo too late to possibly have implantation spotting?

I’ve never tracked bbt before, but this cycle, partway through I started using an OvuSense monitor. It says it’s fine to start using before cd20 and can pick up the onset of ovulation within a few days.

Well I started using it on cd14. I had expected (based on previous cycles with opk’s) to ovulated somewhere from cd17-20. OvuSense picked up ovulation on cd17 and a few days later confirmed that that was indeed my ovulation day.

Alongside OvuSense I started putting my temps that OvuSense gives me each morning into fertility friend (I have ff set to me temping using a wearable sensor).

Weirdly ff (even using the exact same temps) puts my ovulation a day later on cd18. So I’m either 11dpo according to OvuSense, or 10dpo according to ff.

Anyway, on Friday (9 or 10dpo) I felt what I can only describe (based on my experience from previous pregnancies) intense lightening crotch pains. Really short stabby pains in my crotch, along with some mild cramping. This lasted on and off for a few hours throughout the day.

Anyway, tonight as I wiped after going to the toilet before bed I saw the teeniest tiniest amount of pink on the paper. 2 wipes and it was gone.
Is there any possibility at all that it could be implantation spotting? I never experienced it with my previous pregnancies. My af isn’t due until Wednesday.

If, and it’s a big if, it could have been implantation, how soon might a test show anything?

Sorry for the essay! Attached my ff chart for info. The orange line is my resting heart rate which I also track.

Implantation happens 6-14 days after ovulation, for example in a standard 28 day cycle you might have implantation spotting and cramps on the final week (week 4). So 10-11DPO would be completely normal 🙂.

Sounds v promising! Good luck!

I agree, it all sounds very promising! When is your AF due?

I'd probably test a day or two before AF is due using a FRER test. You can test much earlier than that with those tests but you might end up driving yourself mad squinting at faint lines
