Confirmed pregnancy with doctor but negative tests

I absolutely knew in myself I was pregnant, I had all the symptoms and no AF. I took a grand total of 12 tests over 2 weeks to which still today are not showing a BFP.

However my bloods have come back from my GP today and I am confirmed pregnant!

I'm now 5.5 weeks!

Has anyone else experienced this or is my body just a strange one?!

@EGAO2017 wow that's really strange, have you tried a variety of different brand pregnancy tests? And congratulations! 😊
