Seven seas trying for a baby messed up anyone’s cycle?

I’ve been taking them for a while since my last AF came and my cycle seems to be all over the place. I’m cycle day 15 now and had a dark but not positive OPK the other day and now all back to complete negatives. No temp rise either. Haven’t been temping that long but last month I did have a rise so assume I ovulated. I’ve stopped them now but I’m so confused where I’m at with my cycle.

Yes me, they made my LP shorter by 2 days and caused me to spot in the days leading up to AF, I stopped them and started taking folic acid and vitamin D instead and a month later got my BFP x
