Who else is on their 2ww?

I am 1dpo today. I am very calm at the moment but give me a week and I will be counting down the days until I can test. Who else is on the 2ww with me?

@Trying4one I just know I’m going to be testing way too early I won’t be able to help myself! I took about 8 tests over 5 days last month (all early) 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Char899 that's how I got my FRERs 🤣
It is addictive. Like I know the result is going to be negative but still want to do it. I would prefer to use cheap ones but FRER are more sensitive

I had bloods done last week via the hospital. Just called up and they confirmed the results were in but wouldn't tell me over the phone and have to wait until I get the letter 😭

@Trying4one that is exactly what I did last month, wasted loads of money peeing waaay too early knowing it would be a bfn! Why do we do it to ourselves? 😂

Well i just had a tiny bit of browny coloured discharge when i wiped (TMI 🤮) so AF is probably about to rear her ugly head

I think I'm out. 13DPO and stark white BFNs with IC and a CB early detection. Completely losing heart, we did everything right this month, but I guess it's onto cycle 6 😭

@Sarahp2308 I swear I read somewhere that you can have implantation anywhere from 6dpo to 12dposo you are not out of the running until AF turns up.
@chillyfields the human body can be so cruel can't it. I have heard that the eggs can be picky on what sperm it allows to fertilise it. Obviously yours only wants the best 😉

@chillyfields I've been lurking for a while but I'm sure I can see something on your tests...
I've tried to tweak them a little by turning the contrast down and I'm sure there's a shadow on both??

@JustAddCoffee91 and @MrsTwentyEight oh yes, maybe there is! I was expecting a clearer line by 13dpo, but maybe I have a sleepy lazy embryo still clinging on? I do hope so, I feel I've had a bunch of promising symptoms this month (loads of creamy CM which I never usually get, abdominal twinges from about 9dpo). Still no sign of AF which is due today, and I usually get 2 days of spotting (have had none of that either). Will test again tomorrow and let you lovely ladies know x

Thanks @Trying4one & @MrsTwentyEight If AF hasn’t appeared by the weekend I will test again! I haven’t had anything this morning and expected AF to be in full swing by this morning!

@Trying4one it seems like such a lovely time to do it especially seen as this year has been so pants!

Just gotta keep my hands off those pesky tests between no and the weekend if AF doesn’t turn up!

@Sarahp2308 there is this constant debate in my head about testing. I know at 10dpo there isn't much chance of seeing anything and I don't want to knw about chemical pregnancy but at the same time I still want to take a test. I don't want to use the last FRER and therefore would have to be a cheapie or a CB which aren't as sensitive so yet again pointless. 🤦 Trying to hold out until tomorrow evening or Friday morning 😂

@Trying4one I am literally having the same debate as you about FRER! I have a couple arriving from Amazon in the next few days, but in my head if I don't test then there's a small chance I might be pregnant, whereas if I do and it's a BFN then I have to accept that it definitely isn't too be this month... It helps that they're so expensive 😂

You’re absolutely right @Trying4one I regret testing yesterday as I think it was probably too soon now stuck in limbo until the weekend or AF appears

@Sarahp2308 I regretted testing Monday as I knew it was too soon, didn't stop me though. Getting light period type pains today and a bit of back pain 🤷

Is it ok if I join here? I'm 8dpo tested yesterday and today with frer and both bfn! Don't know why I tested. I knew it would be negative! I've got crampy twingy feelings in my left ovary which was how I felt in my last pregnancy (sadly ended in a late loss).
Anyone else same stage as me? When are people testing again?

@Alicia870 I did the exact same thing on Monday when I was 8dpo. We all know the chances are that it will show negative but we still do it just in case there is a faint line 🤦 I told myself I wouldn't do this 😂

I know @Trying4one !! I said this time I'm holding out and trying to put it to the back of my head but then I can't resist. I think working from home doesn't help as the test tempts me all day just knowing it's sitting there! Planning to not test tomorrow and try to wait til Friday which would be 10dpo but even then might not show! Why can't I have some self control!!

@Alicia870 I woke from home as well so it is just so tempting. I did a test earlier but it wasn't a sensitive one. BFN but now I want to do a FRER or a clear blue to double check 🤦 my self control is non existent clearly at the moment
