Hi,

We’ve been trying to get pregnant for almost 6 months after suffering a late miscarriage earlier in the year. I’m late 30’s so aware time isn’t on my side. I’ve been tracking ovulation but we still haven’t been lucky. I know 6 months isn’t a long time in the grand scheme of things but I’m just worried incase something is wrong. We got pregnant last time after just one cycle and I never had any physical checks or anything after losing our baby. I have been advised to contact the GP when we hit the 6 month mark due to my age.

I’m really trying not to overthink everything and stay relaxed but it’s bloody hard. I’m petrified we won’t ever get our happy ending and all I’ll be left with is the heartbreak of losing our baby.

Just wondered if there is any advice for additional things I could be doing? We are both taking preconception vitamins. I am overweight and have been eating well and exercising.

Thanks in advance.
