Cough medicine successes

I'm sorry I'm sure this has been asked but I can't find it in this app!

Please can I hear people's success stories with cough medicine and conceiving?
This is month 6 (after a miscarriage) and I'm giving it a go this month. I assume I start taking it on my first high fertile day - which is likely to be day 12 with peak on 15.
My partner hasn't got the greatest sperm so hoping to help the little swimmers. Pre-seed hadn't helped.

I tried it no idea if it made a difference though, I did get pregnant. It can’t do any harm. Have you thought about using an instead cup to keep the sperm near the cervix?

I've used my moon cup once last year but I might try that again this month too. I've got a couple of friend with cough medicine success, one was genuinely taking it for a cold and was her 7th month. 🤞🏻
