I haven’t been tracking it for that long but when my period started my temp didn’t drop down to what it was before I ovulated, if I did ovulate. Could anyone take a look and tell me what they thinks going on?

First, input your data into Fertility Friend. Its much clearer.

Second, give it 2-3 months to see what is your normal.

Have you read Toni Wechsler's book? That usually has all the answers!

The chart looks fine, your temp on CD1 is around the same temp as you started with. The temps don't instantly drop overnight, as the hormone levels decrease so too your temperatures decrease

Thanks for the replies

I'm on month 4 of BBT I think and have found that comparing the temps between months doesn't help me much as my base line seems to differ each time! I wouldn't be too worried, yours does look fine :)

I second the use of FF though, it makes a world of difference.

Thanks @Juno231 I guess it’ll get easier over time. Would you say I did ovulate looking at it? I’m so paranoid I don’t ovulate!
