13 dpo bfn in the morning and bfp that evening?

Hi, I am 13 dpo with many symptoms, (cramps, metallic taste, sore bbs etc) I took my first test for this month this morning bfn, but I had been drinking a lot of water in the night. I am constantly thirsty and constantly weeing! I would really like to try for a bfp this evening (I’m holding it in!) as it’s our anniversary and even a squinter would be a nice gift for us. We had a miscarriage and d&c in July. Af is due tomorrow so I know I should wait.
Please feel free to either talk me in or out of this and to share your experiences. Thank you.

A BFN with first morning urine on a 'decent' test is a BFN. The chances of you getting a BFP this afternoon are very very low I'm sorry

I wasn’t positive last time til 14dpo and I tested on 13 dpo. I know of people who didn’t get a positive til after af.

I agree with @1940s unless your urine was extremely diluted then you're not likely to get a BFP same day after BFN, wait til tomorrow so you can be sure.

If you really want to do it, just do it, nothing anybody says on here should matter 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have a def pink line this evening! It’s a squinter but it’s there! dH sees it too. Just praying now that it’s sticky as we had a miscarriage in July. I’ll test again next week and hope to see a dark line.

I used to get stronger line early evening compared to first morning urine. Congratulations on your squinted and your anniversary.

Thank you! I’m not sure on when I ovulated. 13 dpo is my best guess but I am hugely irregular. I will test again early next week.

I had a darker bfp this morning. 15 dpo. Hoping that it keeps getting darker. I’m a bit paranoid after my miscarriage
