PCOS / Covid and trying for baby No. 2

Hi all
Feeling anxious and struggling to make a decision on this! We have a 3 y.o. DC and want to have a second baby. I have PCOS and am not taking for granted that we will fall pregnant quickly or without intervention (for background, my fertility consultant said I would struggle to fall pregnant naturally, although, amazingly, we did fall pregnant naturally on my 6th cycle of trying). But, I'm worried about Covid. I have an autoimmune disease and, although it isn't listed in the shielding category, we've been careful because I don't want to risk falling really sick.
We were planning to start trying in Feb this year but we put it on hold given Covid was gearing up and we were worried about a possible Wuhan situation (who knew it would end up being so so bad), but I desperately don't want to miss our chance at having another baby. I'm mid-30s so don't have many years left anyway.
Any advice / thoughts either way would be very much appreciated!
