IVF TWW - symptoms, success stories?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to this, we are on our second round of ivf due to DH having low/poor sperm.

I am only 26 and had a good egg count.

We just had 2 grade D embryos (day five blastocyst) implanted, 2 days ago.

I have a dull ache in either side of my pelvis but not sure if this is just from the egg collection and transfer process.

Does anyone have any success stories with this grade of embryo or lower? What were your symptoms in the TWW? Did anyone have no symptoms and no implantation bleed?

I did two rounds of ICSI previously, one ended in a chemical and one was successful and resulted in DD. I’m afraid I don’t know what the embryo gradings were- just “good”.

In the successful pregnancy, I had strange fluttery twinges in my lower stomach and some stitch-like pains in my pelvis if I sneezed, coughed or strained the muscles. I felt slightly nauseous, tired and thirsty. No spotting and no implantation bleed at all.

In the chemical I started spotting a few days before testing and just felt different hormonally, as though I was going to start my period.
