Preseed or other fertility lubricant

I'm in my third month TTC and wondering whether to try some preseed or something as I don't seem to get much CM.
Preseed seems pretty expensive...is there a difference between preseed and first response lubricant? Or is it a case of get what you pay for?

I used preseed for the one cycle I got pg. One set of twins later, approach with caution

Conceive plus 😃

Tried it for me ,didn't work (plus was a real mood killer). The one month I didn't use I fell pregnant! But with a shot as it's worked for others I guess.
