If I ovulated later, will me period be later?

Just that really. According to OPKs and FF I'm going to ovulate on CD16 rather than CD14 (Waiting got BBT to confirm). Does that mean my period will come later or will I just have a short LP? LP usually 9-10 days, can that change? TIA

For me, if I ovulate late then my period also comes late but I don't know if that's the same for everyone or just me. Hopefully someone else can confirm

My LP never changes but my ovulation date can vary by about a week.

Yes that's right 😊 Your LP shouldn't vary by more than a day or two in length and doesn't start until you ovulate. So if you ovulate a week late, your period would be a week late. Goodluck!

I count it from after. So if you ovulated today tomorrow you'd be 1 day past ovulation (1dpo) and on day 1 of your Lp.
