Has anyone gotten pregnant on the pill?

So basically, I missed 3 pills at the end of the pack so though I would just take the 7 day break early, which is fine as I had the withdrawal bleed.
The issue is that I should have restarted the pack on Friday but as I usually restart it on Sundays, I forgot I had messed it up and restarted on Sunday night. On that Sunday I had sex.
Do you think I could be pregnant? Has this happened to anyone else?

You have missed several pills so its not impossible. You should have missed out the pill free week and continued taking the next pack and taken extra precautions for 7 days

I.e. if you haven't taken the pill continuously for 21 days then you shouldn't take pill free week at all

I conceived DS1 whilst on the pill (even without missing a pill) so yes you could get pregnant.
