got my af today after 9 months of trying, one my and two cps. Feel so deflated. Doesn't matter what I try, nothing is working. Anyone else just feel like that?

Hi there my AMH was 4.9 it is apparently normal for my age at 43 I was recommended to get some intervention to conceive I have been trying for a year now to conceive naturally after a miscarriage and absolutely nothing has happened
