Positive/Peak Digital OPK but no positive on strip/cheap opks

Good morning,

Last month I failed to pick up a positive on my cheap OPKs which was super frustrating. This month I invested in the CB Digitals to use alongside, I had 6 days flashing and then finally got my peak yesterday morning. I have been testing twice a day with my cheap strip tests and received no positives, although there was a strong line around 5 days ago it was only on one test, back to normal the next morning and earlier than it should have been. It is so hard for me to track my cycles as I spot for 4-5 days before my heavy/normal period kicks in. Has anyone had this problem before with the strip tests not detecting anything despite a peak digital? Btw I have been trying to conceive a long time, around 2 years now and usually detect ovulation. Thanks for any help.

I actually had this last month - peak on CB Digital but not on IC. I kept testing and got another peak and a positive IC, so you may have yet to ovulate. Have you had any other symptoms? EWCM?

When you say strongline, what do you mean? Your LH surge doesn't last long so it might mean that was it or close and you missed the full surge. In which case, you'd probably have ovulated about 24-48 hours later
