Cyclogest 200mg

Hi,

My GP has prescribed me 200mg once a day for fertility following 3 miscarriages. We are only TTC at the moment, no BFP as yet but I am sure that the majority of posts I have seen either here or on Facebook suggest that women should take 200mg twice a day?

Anyone know?

No problem. It's nice to be able to help. Have you bought a bbt thermometer? It needs to be to 2 decimal places. You also need to take it at the same time every morning before getting out of bed, having a drink, talking, anything.

I did get a BBT one yeah! I shall put it by my bed for the morning and start tracking my temperature.
