Copper coil removal and a late period? Any idea?

so I've had a bit of a rollercoaster few days. I was 3 days late for my period, did a FLR pregnancy test and after an hour a faint pink line appeared (now have learn it was more than likely an evap line even though it's pink). Since then I've done a further 6 tests over the past few days with clear blue both digital and not and they are all negative.

Today should be the last day of my period but nothing. I had copper coil for 7 years and my periods have been very regular, I had removed at the end of July and I'm 5 days late, I'm not pregnant and there's no sign of my period.

Im so confused as my doctor said it's very unlikely for anything to change.

Has anyone else experienced changes to their cycle after having the copper coil removed?

Yup! And a few other ladies in here I've exchanged messages with. We all reported 28-30 day cycles with the copper coil and then a random 34-36 day cycle after it was taken out. I got mine taken out at the end of May and have since had a 36 day and then a 40 day cycle after 5 years of consistent 28-30 day cycles with the copper coil.

I have a suspicion that it may have to do with stress, even if you're not feeling stressed in the classic sense of the word. Getting the coil out and then TTC (if that is indeed what you're trying to do) is a pretty big mental shift and one that I think takes a bit of a toll.
