PMS symptoms earlier than usual early pregnancy sign?

Hi all, i'm wondering if anyone can help I'm ttc and currently 7 days away from my pdd, today I've been suffering with pms symptoms on and off today but I normally only get them 1 to 2 days before my menstrual cycle, this is very unusual for me I have never had them this early, I'm wondering if anyone has had this and later found out they were pregnant or know why this could be

A doctor told me that nausea/cramping can occur from conception, even a day or so after sex, due to hormones changing. I had symptoms from early (few days after sex) with my DS including nausea and tender breasts. No tests detected until a long while in (causing much initial disappointment) - turned out I should have trusted my body and not the test as he's a happy five year old now!

I've had a few symptoms such as tender breasts lower back pain and light cramping, and a mild dull headache but didn't want to get my Hope's up thinking that they were definite symptoms, that's very interesting to know thank you, hopefully bfp in a weeks time lol x
