Try Soy isoflavones. You can buy them in tescos for £4ish.

They’re supposedly like natures clomid.

You take them either on cd1-5, 2-6, 3-7, 4-8, or 5-9.

Taking it earlier will bring ovulation earlier and perhaps cause you to produce more eggs, taking it later will likely not bring ovulation forward, but will ensure you release one very mature egg. For that reason it’s often said that taking it cd3-7 is the best of both worlds.

I’ve taken it fir the last few months as I seemed to ovulate on cd22 making my cycles 35 days long.

When taking it cd3-7 it brought my ovulation forward to cd13, 14, and 15. So worked for me.

I had no side effects. I took 160mg (4 tablets) cd3-5 then took 200mg (5tablets) cd6-7.
