So we are month 2 TTC our second baby...

How often are you having sex? Any rhyme or reason??

I think every other day throughout your cycle is recommended. We tried to follow sperm meets egg last time too

this is our first month, since coming off the pill so can't be 100% on my ovulation but we have been trying most days.
I've read about trying every other day, so I was worried that there was a reason not to try everyday, (around the ovulation period)

I think every day can reduce the quality of the sperm

There's a lot of conflicting research on what frequency is best. Overall from what I've read it seems that doing it every day won't harm your chances and may even boost them. There's loads of papers on it online, include some really big retrospective studies.

Personally I couldn't commit to every day though, and every other day should do the trick.
