Longer cycles after a CP / Early Miscarriage

Hi Everyone,

I had a chemical pregnancy / early miscarriage at 5 weeks at the end of June. Previous to this my cycles were 28-30 days and I ovulated CD14-16.. my cycle last month (The first one after the CP/MC) was a 38 day cycle and I didn’t ovulate until CD25!
This is now my 5th cycle TTC, my 2nd after the MC and it’s CD19 and I was suspected to ovulate on CD17 on both apps and I still have nothing 😔 I am testing twice a day since CD9 and since CD12 they have all had a very faint second line but no peak.

Has anyone experienced similar after a CP/MC? I expected a messed up cycle last month but thought that would help me reset. We have DTD 7 times in the last 9 days and going to keep going until I get the peak but it’s so hard just waiting for this 🙁

Anyone!? 😔 Huge temp rise this morning but still negative OPKS! (I am using 2 different brands also)

So sorry that you had the MC. I would say just based on temps/CM that you ovulate CD18 because you've had a dip and then a sharp rise. What were your OPKs like on that day?

@Littlebee1990 sorry I just saw that you put negative OPKs. I think you need to see what your temp does tomorrow, if it continues to rise then I'd be confident of ovulation. Have you been testing multiple times a day? Xx

@VP91x Thank you! Yeah I’ve been using the clear blue solid smiley which detects most 2 fertile days with FMU (as advised) and then using IC sticks 2-3 times a day, so baffling! X

@Littlebee1990 so so frustrating when the OPKs don't match up. I would possibly mentally prepare for another late ovulation /anovulatory cycle which is annoying but very normal. Keep going with the OPKs though, things change so quickly.
