AF 1 day late - BFN FRER - give me hope!

CD30 today of usually 28 day cycle - still not a hint of AF but as the title says I got BFN this morning on FRER. I've never never ever been late - usually bang on time every month. I think I might have ovulated later this cycle but don't use BBT yet so can't confirm (had a random strong LH peak CD19 AM and PM).
Trying not to get too excited...BUT 🤭🤣

I'm just looking for some positive chat to keep me sane while I wait to test again (or AF shows up 🤫) so gimme all the late BFP stories!! When did you get your BFP? How long did you have to wait?? Has anyone conceived from a later than usual ovulation?

@mrswilso I am in a similar position, due today but no sight of AF and I’m usually on time. I feel like I’ve had symptoms but don’t know if I’m imagining it. I tested this morning, I think I’m 12 or 13 DPO and got a BFN. Are you going to test tomorrow or wait?

In the same boat girls. AF due today, iv been testing every morning from 10dpo with IC. All bfn. Used the last 1 this morning and bfn. I ordered more last week which arrived this morning I took 1 of the new ones and a faint line appeared. Going out of my mind wondering now. The first batch of tests i had must be no good or else these new 1s are showing strong evap lines

@mums2boys oh that sounds positive! I haven’t had a hint of a line even, what test are you using?Just really want to know now either way. Going to pour myself a large wine if AF comes!

@Stellaforstar123 yeah wine always makes it a wee bit easier.. Im just using the one step cheapies from ebay

I've only got two cheap 25 unit sticks and two CB digis so I'm gonna try to hold off testing until the end of the week and pray that AF stays away...although I do have two FRER ordered that should arrive by Wednesday so we'll see how long I can last!

@Stellaforstar123 I know what you mean about the symptoms - and to make it worse this is the first cycle that I just randomly decided not to track symptoms so can't truly compare the last few days 🙈 I'm gonna safely say that my boobs are definitely different - not bigger to the eye (although hubby did mention it unprompted earlier on) but more prominent and I'm more aware of them? What are you feeling?

I initially had nausea, sore boobs, veiny, headaches but now I wonder whether I normally get that before my period. It’s hard to know if I’m imagining it or not. Looking forward to taking a test in the morning. Hate the waiting the most.

Will test again in the morning.. Suppose we arent out til AF shows. For the last 5-6 days iv been havin serious hot flushes.. time will tell haha.

Currently 14DPO and no AF yet. The last few days ive felt rubbish. Really painful boobs, cramps, backache, awful skin and today the smell of someones lunch at work almost make me vomit. I just feel exhausted.
Taken a FRER this evening and nothing. Not even a glimmer.
I dont know whether its even worth testing again tomorrow or just hold out til AF arrives?

I'm due AF today/tomorrow and I'm going slightly demented! I swore I wouldn't be like this second time round but here I am! Last time I knew I was pregnant because I had a persistent pain all over my stomach and I have the same thing at the moment but I'm wondering if I'm just noticing it more because we're TTC. After so many BFNs last time, I don't test at least until I'm a day late which will be tomorrow or Wednesday but I'm nervous!

@Stellaforstar123 hope you get a BFP soon! I think I'm now late, most of my cycles are 27 days and this is day 28 but I won't test probably until tomorrow

Sorry to hear that Stella. I'm thinking it's AF for me rather than baby but it's just a waiting game at the moment

@mrswilso If you ovulated CD20 and are CD31 today then you probably aren't late yet, unless you know how long your luteal phase is? The average luteal phase is 12-14days so you're likely to have a 32 to 34 day cycle.

Statistically most people who go on to get a BFP get it by 12DPO so there's definitely still time and you're not out unless AF arrives.

So I don't think you're late yet, but I am wishing you good luck and will have my fingers crossed for you! 🤞

Yeah @Curiosity101 - I did figure it might be a couple of days late, crossing my fingers extra tight today as I'm usually around 12 day luteal 🤞🏻

I think I'm going to test tomorrow. I was so sure AF would come today but nothing and my stomach is so sore. But I'm scared of disappointment

Still nothing for me yet! Got a dispatch for my FRERs though so I'll be good to go from tomorrow evening but I'll be trying my hardest to hold out until Friday morning at the earliest assuming AF stays away!

Ordered some more tests from Amazon last night as had none left. Today I've had the occasional cramp and I've felt ridiculously cranky. Still have sore boobs but not as bad.
Tonight I have brown/pink discharge (apologies TMI) which I am going to assume is AF sadly. Im also starting to get a headache which is normally the first sign of impending AF as I suffer bad migraines.
At least I know, can't say I'm not disappointed. Just feel like its never going to happen.
I hope everyone else gets their BFP, lots of promising signs here!
