Sorry this might be a long one as it’s my first time posting I want to give as much detail as possible. Basically I had unprotected sex on the 30th of July the week after my period ended, i started getting aches and pains all around my body especially my knees so deffo thought something was up as I had never got that type of pain. Monday this week(17th August) I started spotting red, brown and pink blood only when I wiped but put a pad in just incase and by the end of the day there was only a bit on there but not a lot. The next morning(Tuesday) I woke up with a bit heavier blood than the day before with some medium size clots it lasted the whole day and I had some abdominal pains period like almost in my bottom belly going down for an hour or two then the next morning(Wednesday) it went back to light spotting and just red blood sometimes when I wipe then nothing when I wipe. it has been the same but lighter spotting red when I wipe since then but only black and brown on the pads I’ve been putting on. On Thursday I started to get really painful backache going from the bottom all the way to my shoulder and mainly on my left side.I did two tests one Thursday night and one friday both faint line positives then I did two more Friday and both negative. The backache and shoulder pain had got worse when I had woken up Friday so I ended up going to a&e which I then saw a gp and they didn’t do much but feel my belly and said I have had a miscarriage also did a pee test and it was negative. I’m so confused to what’s going on because I’ve had a miscarriage before and it wasn’t like this at all. I was meant to start my AF on the 19th so Thursday but haven’t had any bad pains or heavy bleeding like I always do(they are always the same every month) just this spotting all week. Could I still be pregnant? I haven’t had many symptoms apart from headaches my nipples tingling every now and again and feeling nauseous and the achy feeling all over my back and legs. Has anyone had a similar experience to me or could give me any advice?
