Any tips for a successful pregnancy at 42 after 2 MMC

Hi all.... I am 4-5 wks pregnant and have previously had 2 mmc both picked up at a 12 wk scan.

I have contacted my gp who I have a telephone appointment with in 17 days to ask for extra scans and maybe a hormonal check to make sure there's no imbalance.

Has anyone any tips or advice to help me make this one a success xx

I’m 41 and had 2 miscarriages. I also have a 11 month DD, I had my last miscarriage in June.
I would call you surgery ask to speak to the midwife.
I will be getting early scan at 8 weeks when I fall again. My midwife has told me to ask for her so it can be organised.
I think it would be good if you can do the same. It doesn’t make the miscarriages any easier but finding out earlier for me has been better. Mine were picked up by private clinics as until now have paid to have early scans.
