Another month, another 1dpo post!

@Emmaemma23, thanks for the positivity! 😘 I know that 8dpo is way too early but I was hoping that my bbt drop is implantation😂😂 Bbt went highest for this cycle today and rhr has gone up too but they always do before af so I don't want to get excited and see af arrives again in a couple of days ... 🙁🙁

Well what started as a light bleed this morning, has now stopped 🤔 13dpo, assumed it was my period starting as it was pink then red but very light, heavy cramping, now nothing 😑 xxx

@Praying4aRainbow, could it be implantation bleeding? Do you normally spot before af?🤞

@PurpleIsTheColour maybe?! I'll see if it progresses to anything over night, no not usually, I usually start off day 1 light, day 2 medium flow then day 3 spotting, I have very short periods since coming off the copper coil not sure if my body's still trying to adjust but I had it removed in November 🤔
