Desperately trying for a last baby and I've run out of time I think. Was always regular with one odd long cycle every year over the last few years. Got pg last year but m/c. Stated taking ubiquinol as heard it was good for old eggs.. after 6 months cycles were 40 plus days so stopped the last two months cycles returned to normal but last month had spotting on day 21. This month Af has started at cd18!

Pretty sure I've run out of time. Wonder whether to restart the ubiquinol or leave well alone and accept I'm in perimenopase😩😩

Could well be perimenopause - you could have some private online blood tests to check that for you. However, you could be in perimenopause for YEARS and you are still releasing eggs in that time! The cycles might be more erratic so there will be more emphasis on getting ovulation tracking right but from what I gather you should def still be able to conceive.
