Hi ladies,

I would love to TTC baby 2 in October/November ..well whenever it happens, but around Autumn/Winter this year would be my hope.

I would love to generally organise a TTC group on telegram or other app for daily encouragement and accountability in the processing of preparing for pregnancy. Supporting each other with things like exercise, healthy eating, mindfulness/meditation, and anything else relating to wellbeing.

Going into lock down really took me out of my usual routine and any good habits that I had developed. I thought it might be nice to build a community of women with similar aims, to encourage and support each other.

If you are interested, please do reply to this message, and I’ll take it from there.

@Lemongrass9 Didn't know they had YouTube videos too! I will check them out. I have heard about the digital pack and plan on getting that for me and DP to watch together.

I hope that coronavirus doesn't make pregnancy too hard. I hope by the time we do conceive partners will be allowed in for scans etc and classes will be available. Would love to have a go at pregnancy yoga!

@Lemongrass9@Toobroody thanks for the suggestion, I had heard about hypnobirthing when I was pregnant, but I never read into it and I always assumed it was useful only for the moment of delivering, I did not know it could be used to calm pregnancy nerves. I will definitely look into it.

@AmyRose30 IIRC it is mainly for labour but I think aspects of it can be used throughout. Might be wrong but might be worth a look! I can imagine it being so hard to stay calm after having an eventful first delivery

Hi all
Lovely to find this group, I had a mmc in July. First baby so going to TTC from next month, nervous that it will happen again but trying to be prepared and positive
Xx

@Jenw2018 welcome! So sorry to hear about your mmc, I really can't imagine it. Got all my fingers and toes crossed for you for this month. Stay positive! Smile

Hi all.. I hope it’s ok if I join! I feel it will be really good to talk to other people and hear everyone’s journey.
So we are TTC our first, we started end of July however I only came off my pill in March and my cycles have been irregular since. The first was 78 days, then it was 28 days and now currently on CD44. Original took the ‘let’s see what happens’ approach however as my cycles are not regular I thought it best track ovulation. I don’t think I’ve ovulated this cycle yet (had no ovulation symptoms like I have had before) so I’ve been using the easy@home ovulation strips for the last week.. hopefully I will get a peak soon!
I wish you all the best of luck :)

Can I join please? TTC #3 😬 had an unplanned pregnancy which sadly ended in miscarriage but even though we were happy with 2 since that happened I can't shake this idea of having more... Ive had no luck so far and have been diagnosed with underactive thyroid which I think pending blood tests is not much more under control now. After a bit of a discussion during lockdown we've decided that if nothing has happened by the end of the year it just isn't meant to be 😔 so going for last ditch attempt!!

Quitting alcohol for the foreseeable and upping my exercise regime! Any other tips?? Xx

Sorry typo, thyroid issues ARE under control now x
