Spotting in follicular phase?

I can't find any information about what this means.. But last cycle I started spotting CD12 almost continuously until ovulation on CD22 and now CD14 this cycle I'm spotting again. What's going on? I had a miscarriage in May and my cycle in June was normal. I'm so so fed up.

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage. It's possible your hormones are still settling down. I had a harmless cyst on one overy after miscarriage which caused spotting similar to what you describe. Next cycle was normal and I conceived. Are you under GP care after the miscarriage?

@Livingmagicallyagain sorry you've been there too 😔 my GP has been particularly useless. I rang last cycle and waited 2 weeks for a call back then they advised to ring EPU who suggested provera to restart everything. I don't really want to go down that road, I've been on it before (endometriosis, PCOS) and I worked so hard to get my cycles regular. We've been TTC for over 2 years, lost a lot of weight to help and my cycles returned, 5 months later I finally started ovulating and 4 months after that I conceived. It just all feels so unfair and I'm exhausted lol I wish it was easy!

Keep the faith! Sounds so hard but I learned a lot after my loss.

I also bought 2nd Ed of It Starts with the Egg and followed the plan for 3 months while waiting for my cycle to return (it was a late loss) and caught first cycle, I think the book really helped as I’m over 40 and all looks fine so far!

Hi @Stabal sorry for your loss. I have been there too.. I had my MMC in April first week. And I had this kind of spotting in Follicular phase on alternative days until ovulation this happened for 2 cycles after mmc and now my cycles are bit stable and settled. I spoke to my Gp during those days and they said it's very normal and slowly your cycle will settle down as your harmones settles. Dont worry it will settle down soon

@Livingmagicallyagain aww so pleased for you! Wishing you a healthy, happy pregnancy 💕

@Shinea I'm happy to hear I'm not alone but my heart breaks for anyone that's gone through it all too. I'm glad to hear yours has settled, 🤞 for you for the future 💕
