Omg what is my bbt doing? Advice perlease!!!

Any advice greatly appreciated!!!
Cd 12-17=ewcm
Cd 15=+opk
Cd17=ovulation pain

I have had no ewcm or +opk since.

But my temp is so up and down I dont know what to think...FF has twice removed the crosshairs as the temps as not consistent rises.
Todays temp was 30m earlier as the weather woke me up.

Would love to hear people thoughts 🙃 (smiling but i feel a tad upside down lol!)

Per that chart I don't think you've ovulated yet to be honest! How much earlier did you test today btw? Might be worth popping that into the temp adjuster tool in case OD was yday?

@Juno231 it was 6am instead of 6:30...darn dripping drain pipe woke me up ha ha!
I shall try the temp adjuster and see what that suggests.

I'd be interested to see how the rest of your cycle pans out cause I think CD24 is a contender for ovulation as there's not really been a temp shift until now.

Well af has shown up!!
I woke to the weather battering our caravan here in cornwall at 4:30 so took my temp and it had bottomed right out and ff removed the lines...went toilet a little while later and there she was!!!

Im thinking o'd on cd 17 and there just isnt enough progesterone to keep the temp up maybe? That would be a 10day luteal

I think ovulation is confirmed when 3 temps higher than previous 6 so that would be day 17. Try 1000mg vitamin C every day if you want to increase progesterone x
