Experiences of BFP immediately after MC

Apologies if there’s already a post like this - I couldn’t find any help.

Natural MC (11 weeks) 3 weeks ago, bled for 1 week after. Counted start as CD1. On CD18 had brown spotting. CD 21-23 (current) have had EWCM in absolute abundance, sometimes yellow tinged.

Can anyone who conceived immediately after a MC and before AF please share their experiences?

My brother's wife did at next cycle and despite a few episodes of worrying spotting she is now 25 w pregnant and all is well.

Sorry for you loss. I got pregnant immediately after one of my miscarriages. I got a bfp 5 weeks after I'd started bleeding from the mc and before I'd had a period. The pregnancy was successful. I had to have a scan to confirm because at first there was some confusion over whether or not it was a new pregnancy or was the result of not passing everything from the mc. My doctor told me the only reason they say to wait for a period is for dating purposes. My pregnancy was dated based on scans instead of my last period. Will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Yes, got a positive 4 weeks after the start of my miscarriage. Am now 30 weeks pregnant. Wasn't massively trying that month as was a bit emotional and did not have a clue when I was ovulating but we were very lucky! Had a couple of weeks believing it could be hormones left over.

Do any of you recall symptoms before those BFP’s? I wanted to take it easy this month but of course I’m obsessing. I can’t remember what symptoms I had prior to my last! I have an absolutely unreal amount of ewcm and really pungent urine.

@sunshinefaith I didn't have any symptoms, I had no idea I was pregnant. We were on a break from trying but must have just caught one night (I suspect when I was a bit drunk on my bday!). I actually got my bfp the day after i’d been on a works do drinking. I was doing the test not to see if I was pregnant, but to see if the test would be negative as after the mc i’d been getting fainter and fainter bfps but hadn't had a full negative. I was shocked and confused to see a strong bfp! The Clearblue I took later in the day said 2-3 weeks so I was 4-5 weeks by the time I took the test and had no symptoms. In fact, they didn't kick in until around 7 weeks... Good luck!

I've been searching this too since my MC last week where I was 7 weeks I found a few older posts on here by searching google and quite a few caught first time after MC Z

I'm cd9 now post MC and hoping I'm lucky to catch straight away but will not pin all my hopes on that. I'm determined not to obsess! Xx
