Chemical pregnancy following IUD removal

Hey everyone,

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and can help me shed some light on my own situation.

I had the copper coil removed on the 1st of June this year. That same month I fell pregnant but it ended at 5 weeks as a CP. The following month we tried again and DTD on the days I was ovulating (I did OPK tests and know I ovulated) anyways It didn’t seem successful as my HPT were all negative and I bled for three days when my period was due.

Fast forward another couple of weeks and it turns out I was pregnant all along, and have just miscarried again... My guess is that hgc was increasing so slowly that a HPT didn’t detect it until I was ‘7 weeks’ but I don’t think the pregnancy was ever viable...

I’m starting to wonder if the IUD has anything to do with this? And if anyone else has had a similar experience? I have a healthy 2y/o and so wasn’t expecting things to be this difficult this time around.
