Lower abdomen pain after Miscarriage during and after ovulation

Hello everyone,
Anyone experiencing lower abdomen pain on one side after Miscarriage during ovulation?
I had miscarriage in April and I am experiencing lower abdomen pain and it goes on till AF.
This time pain is continuing even after AF.
Anyone experiencing same?

Op I get this when I’m ovulating. It’s worse some cycles I put it down to fluctuating hormones. I would guess the miscarriage has knocked your hormones a bit and maybe causing slight pain from ovulation. If it gets really sore deffo phone a dr x
