Hi everyone, had a peak OPK yesterday evening but I’m wondering if I would of ovulated yesterday or today? Any help would be great. Thank you ☺️

Hi there
Its usually 24 hours after a peak that you ovulated, but can be 12 hours or up to 72 hours apparently!
Also depends when you noticed your peak, as in, going up or going down.

More likely today. But could even be tomorrow! Worth BD just in case :)

@Candyflosscrochet @RMarieClaire thank you both for your messages. Will DTD tonight just in case. Haven’t done it enough so was worrying I’ve completely missed the right times this month 😩 annoying!
