Although the fact my boobs were sore to sleep on last night and my temp is still up, I have started spotting this afternoon. So I presume AF will be in full force later today or tomorrow. Shame, but at least I gained an extra day LP!!
And now means I can drink for my campervan trip 🙌🏼🙌🏼 silver lining hahah!!
Keeping positive and on to the next.

Goddd so annoying about Ava @AnxiousAnnie86 cant believe that's happened today!

Blossom428 · 25/08/2020 12:53

@TheOrangeMonster haha!!! Laughing at your last comment! True though. I swear other animals do it once and they are pregnant!

OP posts:
AnxiousAnnie86 · 25/08/2020 13:08

@Blossom428 I knowwwwww! Opks are really light today too so doesn't look like I will get peak today 😡

I'm really sorry about AF! But great news on LP!! It may take some time for B bit to build up in your system! I feel like my body's becoming immune to soy and that's why it's getting later again, I'm tempted to leave it next month and just try the coq10

TheOrangeMonster · 25/08/2020 13:09

@Blossom428 damn, I’m so sorry. Although spotting can still be pregnancy if it isn’t full flow!
The extra day LP is a victory! Little wins, little wins....

GIF: what TTC feels like....

TTC - Thread 2- a lucky one!
AnxiousAnnie86 · 25/08/2020 14:05

@TheOrangeMonster actually does feel like that!

I just wanna be in the TWW waaaittttt we've been Dtd everyday for like a week! Gonna end up missing ovulation Cos we will be too tired 😆

AnxiousAnnie86 · 25/08/2020 14:29

They keep going darker then going back light again

TTC - Thread 2- a lucky one!
TheOrangeMonster · 25/08/2020 15:33

@AnxiousAnnie86 that’s darker than mine ever look and I do ovulate. Remember those things can be diluted by drinking a normal amount. Also the LH surge can only last a few hours so it very easy to miss it.

AnxiousAnnie86 · 25/08/2020 16:05

@Blossom428 it's light again now, I'm so totally over this month I really am! X

Chlo2701 · 25/08/2020 16:21

Ahhh @AnxiousAnnie86 what a bloody headache for you!! & especially because your bracelet crashed!!!😤 but like @TheOrangeMonster said you might of missed it! What days is it you take the soy? Do you take them the earliest days so it's supposed to make you ovulate earlier?
@Blossom428 I like your positive thinking, least you can drink in the camper van & you've extended LP by a day if it is spotting before AF. How is the spotting now?
@TheOrangeMonster love the GIF🤣🤣 that's good that your nipple is feeling sensitive 🤞🏻
I'm confused & wondering if I'm going to ovulate today now, even though I got my peak on Sunday🤔 only because I had a few twinges this morning in my left ovary, my boobs feel abit throbby & my CM seemed abit watery this morning🤷‍♀️ it's annoying if I am as we haven't DTD since Sunday night, I was going to last night but the stupid sod got abit carried away while I was giving him a BJ🙄 so put it this way, his goods got wasted🤦‍♀️ x

Chlo2701 · 25/08/2020 16:23

Although going by my RHR it's risen today so maybe I did ovulate yesterday 🤷‍♀️

TTC - Thread 2- a lucky one!
TheOrangeMonster · 25/08/2020 18:33

@Chlo2701 I’m hoping so (but I have had this before once and it turned out to be nothing).
@AnxiousAnnie86 this is why I stopped monitoring things this month. Not in any way trying to be preachy or say you should be doing something one way or another but I’ve just relaxed so much more since I stopped watching things - I was getting so stressed seeing all these negative signs and since I stopped looking I’ve been able to feel a bit more like it might’ve happened, rather than knowing I didn’t ovulate (pretty sure now because of the boob etc). I also know how much stress can affect our bodies and sometimes we are our own worst enemies. So we’re going with a slightly different approach and doing it every other day throughout now, so we’re totally covered. (Week after my period will be a week of whatever, whenever though).

Blossom428 · 25/08/2020 18:44

Very odd @AnxiousAnnie86 but least you've been DTD a lot so you will have all basis covered!

I ended up putting a tampon in this afternoon as I was out and about, but nothing hardly on it, brown spotting.
I'll see how my temp is and if it gets any heavier tomorrow.

Haha,@Chlo2701 shame the goods were lost.. should have spat and scooped it in 😂😂😂

OP posts:
Spinksy9 · 25/08/2020 19:53

How are you all doing ladies????
I'm constantly hugging the toilet and lost 8lbs in 7 days! Am now on anti sickness meds 3 times a day, which are somewhat helping keep fluids down! I know they warn you about morning sickness but honestly didn't think it would affect my day to day life so much ):

AnxiousAnnie86 · 25/08/2020 20:30

@TheOrangeMonster I'm having a really down day about it. Cd25 tomorrow and still nothing, I don't want to do this anymore :( it's taking over my life....

Blossom428 · 25/08/2020 20:31

Ohhh @Spinksy9 sorry to hear you are being sooo sick! I hope it doesn't last too much longer. Glad you've managed to get some tablets from the dr. My friend use to just eat ginger biscuits and beige food when she had bad sickness.
How far along are you now?

Spotting today which I think had become a bit like a light AF now, so pretty sure I'm out this month now!

Gemster19 · 25/08/2020 21:21

Thank you for all your support girls - I wasn't feeling as positive as my comment might have suggested yesterday, a bit of fake it until you make it, but you all made me feel so much better!

@AnxiousAnnie86 these were the findings that prompted me to buy the inositol:

When it comes to fertility, a supplement that consists of 2000 mg of myo-inositol plus 200 μg of folic acid taken twice daily for at least 3 months has shown some pretty impressive results. This supplement has been shown to:
• Reduce AMH levels and the size of polycystic ovaries better than birth control (Ozay et al. 201612).
• Increase egg quality and reduce the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in women undergoing ovulation induction (Papaleo et al. 200913; Ciotta et al. 201114).

In a study of overweight women with PCOS that were given myo-inositol + folic acid during IVF, 32% of women had a successful pregnancy within the 12 month study period, compared to just 12% of women who only took a straight folic acid supplement without the inositol.

I'm not overweight, and I apparently don't have PCOS (just a polycystic ovary and erratic ovulation 🤷🏻‍♀️)...but I figure the two bullet points can't hurt!

Which brand of soy are you taking? I was going to take them together, haven't read anything that says you can't, but I can't find any (other than the Holland & Barrett ones which are all too strong) that could be delivered in time for me to take this cycle, so maybe I'll add them in next month.

@TheOrangeMonster I totally get what you said about it feeling impossible. When AF arrived I honestly thought to myself 'Well of course, what else were you expecting?', and I'm really struggling at the moment to see how, if I've got this far without it working, it will ever be any different...but I think it's perfectly normal that we feel this way after months and months of BFNs. It's not some weird intuition that it won't happen for us, it's just habitual thinking...and that will go away whenever and however we eventually get there.

@Blossom428 sorry to hear you've started spotting, 👍🏼 on the longer luteal phase (and campervan drinks) though! Absolutely cracking up over here at the spat and scoop comment 😂.

@Chlo2701 even if you didn't spit and scoop, you should be covered if you DTD on Sunday night🤞🏼

TheOrangeMonster · 25/08/2020 21:40

@AnxiousAnnie86 aww, it’s going to be ok. My granny always used to say “it’ll be alright in the end, and if it’s not alright, it’s not the end”. I think it’s a good mantra to live by and it’s what has kept me going this long. One way or another, we will get there. You hear stories of couples conceiving finally after seven years, and things like that. Clearly, it can be done.
@Gemster19 wise words, and very helpful. This is such a supportive thread, I’m so glad I came across you ladies. I was getting fed up of all the threads with people having sex once and ending up pregnant and going “wow, didn’t realise how easy it was going to be”. It’s really good to know that we’re not alone and that our struggles are understood at that emotional level that only comes with also being a woman struggling with TTC.

AnxiousAnnie86 · 26/08/2020 07:11

@TheOrangeMonster thank you, sorry was just having a down day yest day, they hit me every now and then!! How's things today for you?!! It is a great group it does really really help, seeing people getting pregnant so easily is heartbreaking, I've thought about it before and when WHEN I do get pregnant I won't be one of these people that make a big announcement on fb or instagram with coloured balloons etc, I will obviously be so happy but I will also be honest about the struggle.

@Gemster19 I'm sorry you were feeling fed up! You are doing so well to keep positive!!! I will send link for ones I use! Could you send me your link again? I'm going to try the two together next month and then maybe nothing the month after and solely rely on ava!

So I got my peak this morn!! Typically last night was the one night we didn't do it!!!! How annoying is that! Do you think that'll make a diff? Will obvs do it tonight and tomorrow night

TTC - Thread 2- a lucky one!
AnxiousAnnie86 · 26/08/2020 07:16

I had a dream last night I found out I was pregnant 🙈

AnxiousAnnie86 · 26/08/2020 07:24

@Gemster19 Natures Aid Soya Isoflavones - 50mg Non-GM (prov Genistein, Daidzein & Glycitein) 90 Tablets www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000GY76L6/ref=cmswrcpapiiV.FrFbKQ8450Y

I use these, Cd3-7 150,150,150,200,200 @TheOrangeMonster these are the ones I think would really help you x

TheOrangeMonster · 26/08/2020 07:50

@AnxiousAnnie86 thanks for that!
Ugh, this morning my boob is not nearly as sore - I ended up poking it to check - it is a bit, but not like yesterday. Normally it carries on right up until AF and take a day or two after AF starts to go away. Can’t help thinking this must mean progesterone is dropping and I can’t be pregnant.

I get those down days too, believe me. Sometimes it just feels like everyone else in the world has what you (feel like) you can’t.

Blossom428 · 26/08/2020 08:10

So happy to hear you have your peak @AnxiousAnnie86 !! It really won't matter you didn't do it the night before, just jump on today and tomorrow 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

OP posts:
AnxiousAnnie86 · 26/08/2020 08:54

@TheOrangeMonster don't count yourself out! I remember @Spinksy9 said her boob pain came and went and she was pregnant!!

@Blossom428 thanks I've never had a peak on a morn before always late in the days
Wasn't expecting it this morn! Will DTD tonight and tomorrow and hopefully will catch it!

Going to do a cheapie this morn and see what that looks like! I can imagine it being blank Jusy to stress me out x

@Spinksy9 I know how you feel on the sickness mine absolutely consumed me, every min of everyday! Just remember as hard as it is it will pass, take comfort in knowing that everything's okay! They also say it's worse with a girl :) x

TheOrangeMonster · 26/08/2020 09:22

@AnxiousAnnie86 I think @Spinksy9 ‘s experience must’ve been on your previous thread - good to know!
I’m so sorry, I totally missed that you’d got your peak hits own forehead - that’s brilliant news! Time to jump on your OH 😉

AnxiousAnnie86 · 26/08/2020 09:38
