Wedding postponed 👰🏼 TTC continued

Hey ladies,

Just starting a new thread for any COVID brides who have decided to TTC despite their postponed weddings.

We had our heart set on TTC after our June 2020 wedding which obviously didn’t go ahead.

We’re cycle 1 TTC with 2 days until AF due (not testing before late period & TBH can feel it coming)

Totally fallen out of love with wedding planning and just want to carry on with our lives.

@SequinCola ahhh congratulations!! That’s great news!!! I’m so happy for you 🥰 now if you could just make it contagious that would be great 😂

@beckyBP keep testing! I didn’t get a positive until CD18/19 and even at that I only got one “high” one then 4 hours I tested again and it was peak. Aww sorry to hear about your Sept wedding! Our August 28th is still “on” if we can make it happen (even just 20 of us) but if rules are set to relax here in Scotland going into sept, our venue said we can postpone a couple of weeks. I hear ya though, I’m over it too. Had my dress fitting on Tuesday which was lovely (also a bit sad that only 19 people will see it it person...) but in general I just want to be married now x

@SequinCola well the wedding is definitely delayed until May! We were going to wait until May to try for number 2 but we keep seeing wrinkly newborns and going ahhh 🥰 If we did though we would probably start trying in the autumn to avoid a due date clash!

Hello, may I join? Sept 2020 wedding cancelled, either going to try for March 21 or scrap it and do a smaller registry office do.
Took my Mirena out in May but it took a while for periods to return so this is probably cycle 2 of proper tracking and TTC
