Can you "feel" pregnant really early on?

This is probably really a stupid question but i came off the pill last month. The ovulation strips I have used are the wee cheap ones off amazon but they've been removed from sale shortly after i bought my pack and I'm not sure why, possibly faulty? They have come up negative all month for ovulation. My husband and i have had a LOT of sex anyway.

So now I'm on day 22 and for the last few days I've felt... weird. My lower pelvic area feels "heavy" and warm, and very achey. I joked to my husband that I came off the pill and now my body has just remembered I have a uterus, but also... I've been getting mad hot flashes, too. I keep checking to see if its my period because im quite damp downstairs but it seems to be this jelly like whitish cloudy cervical fluid.

It's a few days too early to test but im wondering if something like this has happened to anyone else before a positive pregnancy test? Or if it's just normal for first month off the pill as your body gets used to it.

It’s possible you’re pregnant of course but I’ve never had so many symptoms of pregnancy as in between DTD and waiting to test. You suddenly start to notice your body a lot more. Also, a lot of symptoms of pregnancy are also symptoms of your period.

I can't comment on those particular symptoms but every time I've been pregnant I have known. I've kidded myself during the tww but this month I'm trying to accept that actually, when I've been pregnant, I've known it and not to put myself through the agony of symptom spotting and testing unless I feel pregnant.

Those symptoms could be pregnancy or they could not be.

It's so unfair that the early symptoms are so similar to PMS 😂 Havent a bloody clue what's going on!

Try and wait until your period is late before testing (easier said than done as I was a nutcase for early testing).

Have you got an app? Try recording any and all symptoms on your app and then you’ll be able to see each month if what you’re feeling is normal.

I'm using ovia! Hopefully over time I'll learn patterns and get used to how I feel at different times in my cycle ❤

I haven’t used that app. I used the Femometer app that linked with my OPKs and I could record symptoms. I’m sure the Ovia app has something similar.

With both my pregnancies I didn't know I was pregnant.
With dd2 I was 5mths before I found out🤣🤣🤣🤣
I had no symptoms.

The jelly like cervical fluid is the egg white cervical mucus, it's usually there around the time of ovulation and its the best type of CM for supporting sperm to live longest (up to 5 days!). If you haven't had a positive ovulation strip yet, I'd say now is the time to be DTD in case you've ovulated later in your cycle, while you're coming off the pill your body is likely to have weird cycles while it settles down

When I was pregnant I knew it! As I all the symptoms I had in previous months (took us 2.5 year to conceive) could have been either pregnancy symptoms or PMS Mother Nature is cruel doing that to us! Haha!
I just felt nauseous when I tried to drink my cappuccino! I also had so implantation spotting which I never had before!

Haha husband and I are working from home so I've already messaged him suggesting inappropriate office relations today 😂😂😂 hopefully if i hadnt ovulated before then this is it! Strips are still coming up negative though.

Update: I finally tested positive on an OPK!!!! LET'S GO 😂
