I’m after some advice please. I know a quick fix isn’t probably the best solution but I’ve got 5 weeks off work coming up where I can focus on losing some weight/ getting fitter in the hope it will help me conceive. I realise I will have to continue when I return to work.
A friend of mine has done really well on 5:2 and another is low carbing but I wondered if they were considered healthy whilst TTC?
