Pre-pregnancy/pregnancy vitamins and allergies, please help!

I have various allergies including rice, flavourings and additives. Due to this I want to make sure I get myself on some pre-conception vitamins to ensure that I am able to provide everything baby needs. I am struggling to find any that I can tolerate. The only that didn't have contained rice!

I have spoken to my doctor who had no ideas other than 'try the internet'.

I have tried:

Pregnacare
Wild nutrition
Proceive
Megafood - baby and me

I wonder if people could share any suggestions with me as this is currently holding up my quest to become a mum!

I have not had any issues with them, my cucle seemed to get a little shorter the first couple of months but nothing major!

Not sure on the contents but maybe seven seas trying for baby? I think the only thing you definitely need to take is folic acid though. Maybe vitamin d.

Just buy vitamin d and folic acid on its own and eat a healthy balanced diet
