Space for anybody like me who's taken a test and hoping they're not imagining a line!

I'm 11dpo.... AF due Saturday 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 hoping this line gets stronger!

Thanks both, I didn’t ovulate until the 23rd day of my cycle (PCOS) so although I’m technically 5+4, going by the day I ovulated I’m actually much earlier Which would explain why the scan etc is super early.

Is there a tiny bit of progression or am I clutching at straws? Been having super faint lines for four days so probably having another chemical 😞

@KeishaV there’s definitely progression but not a lot as you say, how many DPO are you?

I’ve got my second HCG blood test at 12 today, I’m starting to think positively since there’s definite progression in my lines now.

@KeishaV you’re still soooooo super early. I didn’t even get a proper line until 13dpo and my lines before that were even fainted than yours. It’s a horrible time! Think this way: at 11dpo, the different between your HCG could be 10 vs 20 2 days later. That’s not going to make a massive difference to the test line colour. 2 days after that, the difference is 29 vs 40, then 40 vs 80, then 80 vs 160, then 160 vs 320 and by that point you’ll deffo see a marked difference in the lines. At such an early stage it’s no wonder the home tests aren’t showing you much difference :)

@Teapotdespot thank you for your reassuring words! I guess the downside to forums like this is comparing your tests to others, I see so many with strong BFP at this stage that it makes me forget that it’s still really early x

@KeishaV have you tried taking tests later in the day? FMU will not show me good lines at all, I get the strongest ones in the early evening, for whatever reason some women are like this....

So here are mine, 10/11dpo and will re-test once more FRERs arrive later. I'm cautious as I had two chemicals in the last two cycles but it feels different this time.
I've had a terribly dry mouth since yesterday and was up at 4:40am, I had terrible pregnancy insomnia with DS1 and the dry mouth was one of the signs for DS2 (who we said goodbye to earlier this year due to chromosomal and physical abnormalities....)

What do you think ladies? I'd greatly appreciate your eyes. 7dpo I had an IC positive. 8dpo I had an IC and Frer end of day negative. Here is a today (9dpo) second morning wee with frer and I'm sure I see a faint line which came up within 5 minutes.... do you see it? Is it there enough for me to shake up my OH?

@BKone Yes I see yours! Its clearer than mine! I'm 14dpo today, but I could be a few days out.

@NoCallerID I haven't tried early evening, I always thought FMU was best - I'll have to give it a go in a couple of days! I have two FRER left so trying to keep them for 13 DPO and 15 DPO if AF hasn't arrived. I can definitely see a faint line on both those tests!

@BKone I can see a faint line on all the photos! My OH won't believe we're pregnant until we get a digital because we've had chemicals in the past.

@Mrschips07 I can see faint line on yours too, how many DPO are you?

Thanks @KeishaV I'm 14dpo today I think. I could be a few days out. I was honestly expecting a darker line, feeling a bit worried now.

@Mrschips07 do you know for sure when you ovulated? You could have ovulated later and had a later implantation, you're not out until AF shows!

@KeishaV I had all the pains and feelings of ovulation on cd11, which is quite early so I've been going by that. My app thinks I ovulated on cd15, but not sure I felt the same feelings then so I have been going by my date... But I guess I could easily be wrong!

I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant, as my boobs are so sore I can barely touch them and I have the cream/yellow cm I had in my last pregnancy. It's just a case of whether it'll stick or not 😓

Same advice back to you tho, dates can vary even if you think you're sure! It's still early days.

@Mrschips07 keeping everything crossed for you! Those symptoms sound promising especially if you've had them before.

I'm TTC our first so I have no idea really what to look out for. Interesting you mention about your CM as that's what mine has been like for the last couple of days and is EW in consistency which I never get before AF. Nipples are really sensitive but my boobs in general aren't sore.

@KeishaV the cm is a good sign, everybody is different and will experience different things but anything that is different to your usual pms symptoms is good to note.

Update from me, had my repeat HCG results. They were 252 on Sunday, 636 today so much more than doubled going for a scan Saturday morning at 9:30.

@Mrschips07 there’s still a chance it’s ectopic due to single sided pain, so they’re just checking to make sure everything where it should be.
